This Blog will be used by the Joinery Staff and Students from Chesterfield College. If you are here you have probably been issued with a Nokia E63 phone and Data package. We want you to use it to enhance your learning whilst on the course. It can be used to generate, collect and store work based evidence. Also it will be used to send you emails and information that the team consider to be usefull for your learning experience.

I am slowley getting used to the new phone but a full key board takes some getting used to. We all will have text facilitiy but they will not allow out going calls. We will also be linking them to your email account so that when you recieve an email it will be 'pushed' to your phone.

The job at the top is the Synoptic end test that is done at the end of your level 2 Diploma. It tests all the skills you have developed over the last two years at college and in industry. If you get jobs similar to this at work please make sure you take photo or video evidence and up load it for all to see. It might also be used for you NVQ.
